I bought this because I wanted something comfortable for everyday use, and to be fair, it is really comfy. I just feel like it’s a bit thinner than I expected, so I’m glad I didn’t get it for anything too heavy-duty. For the price and what I needed it for, I think it still works fine

The discounts were alright, I guess. I did save a bit, so I can’t really complain too much, but the promos could definitely be explained better. It took me a little longer than it should’ve to figure out what actually applied

I ordered from buffbuff.com once, and based on that experience, they seem reliable when it comes to getting the actual order right. Everything I asked for was in the package, and the sizes and items all matched what I picked out. Nothing was missing or wrong, which is really the main thing for me. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the update emails were a bit slow, so I ended up checking the tracking myself. Overall though, I got what I paid for and had no issues with the order itself

I ordered from buffbuff.com the item itself was fine, nothing amazing. But the packaging was kind of a joke. The box showed up a little crushed, and the padding inside felt like the cheapest stuff they could find. Thankfully nothing was fully broken, but it definitely didn’t seem like anyone put much thought into protecting it. For what I paid, I expected way better than this lazy little shipping setup. Not the absolute worst experience, but I’m not exactly rushing to order from them again.

I had a problem with my order and, i was irritated at first. I wasn’t really paying attention to much else at that point, I just wanted someone to sort it out without giving me the runaround. Support got back to me quicker than I expected and actually fixed it without me having to keep chasing them. The order didn’t start off great, but the way they handled the complaint made a good impression

I signed up for buffbuff.com mostly because, it was cheaper than a few other options I was looking at. And for what it costs, yeah… it’s been decent. I don’t feel like I wasted my money or got ripped off or anything like that. There are a couple little things that could be smoother, like here and there, but nothing that made me want to quit using it. Overall, I’d say it’s good value, as long as you’re not expecting everything to be flawless.

I had to swap my item for a different size, and it was mostly fine. I reached out to support, they got back to me the next day, told me what steps to follow, and I just went from there. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, which was a little annoying, but nothing too crazy. The new one showed up in good shape and the size worked out, so overall I’m happy enough. Not perfect, but still a solid experience. 4 stars from me.

Tried checking out with my card and honestly… it just made me uneasy. Maybe it was the way the page loaded, maybe the flow felt off, I don’t know. I got nervous halfway through but still finished it. Afterward I kept thinking about it. Not a great feeling. I probably won’t use it again

I just had a small question and they got back to me Fast. They sorted it out without making it a big Thing, which I really appreciated. nice support and no hassle.

I got the product and it looks exactly like it was supposed to. The packaging matched what I expected, and I didn’t notice anything weird or sketchy, so overall I’m happy with my order from buffbuff.com. I’m also leaving this feedback expecting the promised compensation/credit to come through, but based on the product itself, everything seems authentic.

I waited way too long for my refund, and every time I contacted support, they just kept saying it would be sorted “soon.” It never felt like I was getting a real answer. save your time and skip buffbuff, I won’t be using them again.

I don’t know what else people expect, the design looks good, it’s simple, and it’s easy to wear. I like that it’s not trying too hard but still looks nice

It still works, so there’s that, but for the price I kind of assumed it would hold up a bit better. Not terrible, not great, just very average. 3 stars.

buffbuff was okay for me overall. The site worked, I found what I was looking for, and nothing really went terribly wrong. It just didn’t feel super smooth the whole time, if that makes sense. Kind of like when you go into a store for one thing, get it, but the layout makes you wander around a bit more than you wanted. I actually had coffee going while I was using it, so maybe I was just impatient too, who knows. I’d mention it to someone if they asked, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it. Not bad, just average, and I think the overall experience could be cleaned up a bit

They got my warranty claim sorted in the end, but it did take a few days. Overall, I’d say the service was decent and worth it since they handled the issue properly.
